• Account and billing information for customers who sign up for the Nexflow platform.
• Information platform account holders enter about their own customers and leads — this is their data, processed by us on their behalf, not ours.
• Standard technical information (such as pages visited, browser type, and referring URL) collected automatically when you browse this site.

How we use information

Demo request information is used to follow up about your interest in Nexflow and to improve our sales process. Customer account information is used to provide, bill for, and support the platform. Platform customer data (your own customers' and leads' records) is used solely to provide the Nexflow service to your organization, under the multi-tenant isolation described on our Security page, and is never used to train models or shared across organizations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data retention

Demo request and sales inquiry information is stored in our secured intake system so our team can follow up. We retain it only as long as needed for that business purpose and to meet applicable obligations. For active platform customers, data handling and deletion timing are governed by the applicable customer agreement and order form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our Contact page — we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Personal information is protected using the architectural controls described on our Security page, including row-level multi-tenant isolation, encrypted connections, and least-privilege access to production systems.
