This policy describes how the Nexflow platform may be used, and what isn't permitted.
Prohibited uses
- Using the platform to send unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive communications.
- Attempting to bypass or disable security, authentication, or tenant-isolation controls.
- Using the platform to store or process data you don't have the right to process.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the platform for other customers.

Communications compliance
As Nexflow's communications capabilities (calling, texting, call recording, marketing outreach) come online, you are responsible for complying with applicable consent, recording, and opt-out requirements in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any consent required before contacting your customers or leads.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, we will typically provide written notice and a 5-day opportunity to cure the violation before suspending access. For violations that pose an immediate security or legal risk, we may suspend access immediately and notify you promptly afterward. Repeated or uncured violations may result in termination of your account under our Terms of Service.
